Euro recovers against the dollar (Reuters) (02-03-2010)

NEW YORK, March 2 (Reuters) - The euro advanced to a session high against the U.S. dollar in early trade on Tuesday on anticipation that Greece will announce new austerity plans.

The euro rose as high as $1.3598, according to Reuter’s data. It was last at $1.3589, up 0.2 percent on the day, rebounding from a 9 1/2-month low hit earlier in the global session.
